At Raceland, we want to ensure your high-performance apparel meets your standards, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the race as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
